BavX / Duy - Terrible Company / Person / Experience

Does anybody have contact information for this person / company. The only phone number I have leads to someone who won't get me in direct contact with Duy. This company / person is terrible and NOBODY should do business with them.

Duy shipped my headlights back to me after charging me $750 for ring installation and skimped out on about $12 extra to properly insure them. The headlights arrived completely shaken up and ruined. Projectors completely detached, broken bulbs, cracked plastic and completely detached rings. He insured the set of E90 LCI Adaptive Xenon headlights for ONLY $1500. Note, these headlights had previously been retrofitted with quad projectors and should have been in near perfect condition when being shipped back since I sent him extra headlights that were like new to be used for lenses and any other parts needed. Originally, he told me they should have been insured for $1500 each. He said it must have been a mistake. Now in his last email (since he won't answer the phone) he tells me that I did not send him new headlights and that he insures all headlights for the same cost which is about the value of a used set. Maybe a used set of non LCI.... Either way, if these headlights were lost in the mail you'd never be able to replace them for $1500. A set of decent housings plus the modules and all the previous work and his work would be well over $2k (nearing 3k)

First off you can't by a decent used set for less then about $1000. That also doesn't account for the $750 I paid him and the cost I had previously spent to have quad projectors retrofitted. Also his work and packaging skills are poor.

Heres a few photos. You can't see all the damage but you can see the rings look like someone glued LEDs to a piece of black cardboard. The paint is so shitty that it had already fallen of the LED boards.
