335i M Sport Oil !

I have used the search button but cant really find a consistant answer.



My 335i will shortly be running 400+ and I would like to know what oil I should be putting in her.



I have read everything from Mobil 1 5w40 fully synthetic to Castrol 0w30 :confused2



Anyone help....
