How do I send Google Maps to my car?

I remember reading about this feature when it came out (but only just recently got an e90 again), and sure would find it convenient.

Mine is a 2011 335d with a production date of 08-MAR-10
Options include
CIC (iDrive),
6FL (USB input) &
6NF (iPhone dock),

but NOT
6NR (BMW Apps) or
6VC (Combox)

Is it still possible to enable the send-to-car functionality between Google Maps and my car?
