Cause of Gear Rattle ( Transmission oil Help )

So, I have been noticing this irritating gear rattle noise every time my windows are open. The last mods that I had done were a short shifter and Redline ATFD4 oil change. I am pretty sure that I did not have much rattling before these, Hence, I have come to a conclusion that the txm fluid might be the one causing it.

I am gonna attempt to try changing the fluid and see if it makes a difference.

I need help on choosing the Txm Fluid.
Car is a 6MT. I live in the bay, it is gonna get hot soon.

Currently I have decided on :
1. Royal purple Synchro Max
2. RedLine ATF D6

I have done quite some probing and still cannot seem to decide between the fluids..

For those who are interested in knowing the specifics of the gear rattle :
Almost nothing heard with windows up. Neutral is noisy but not too much. No noise when I have the clutch pressed(disengaged) in any gear.
Noise peaks when the clutch is let off completely( engaged) and when the foot is taken off gas.

Please let me know if anyone else has faced this problem too. The internet is a filled with this problem, but all old or unanswered or mixed up with other similar but different problems.
