Help: Another ER Charge Pipe Issue (diverter type)

Here is a CP-E charge pipe with the stock diverter hose and you can see it has about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch clearance from the strut tower. Whereas, my ER charge pipe is literally just already touching the strut tower with the diverter housing.
