LCI 335i Steering Wheel Upgrade

I've been scouring the forums as well as the internet, and am finding plenty of threads on converting Pre-LCI to LCI paddles and the like, but I'm looking for answers to something a bit more basic. Theoretically it would be a simple solution, but I've found that sometimes, the answer completely defies logic, and when in doubt, ASK. So here goes...

I have a 2011 (4/10 Build) E90 335i LCI with Sports & Premium Package. I want to change the existing Sport Steering Wheel w/paddles to either an M3 Wheel or an Mtech Wheel. I am finding a few wheels that will fit the bill, but they RARELY come with the paddles. I figure that it's prob easier to use my existing paddles anyway. Is using my existing LCI Paddles on these wheels a plug & play option, or is there some modification (wiring or fitment) required? I would think that since the Mtech is actually a 335i that they would swap straight across with no issue, but no idea about the M3 wheel.

I've been looking for two days through the forums, and can't seem to find the answer. So please, if anyone knows the answer to this or knows where to find the answer, please let me know. Thanks in advance!!
