Logic7 settings equalizer are lost

After finishing a logic7 retrofit of a E90 pre-lci with navi business the equalizer in the idrive referts all levels to null when entering the car
So I change the settings, remove the key, lock the car, unlock the car, insert key and all levels to stock.
Anyone experienced this before?
