M3 style bumper with headlight washer holes

Hi guys,
-Does anyone know where i can get an M3 style bumper for my 2011 328i with headlight washer holes?
-Are headlight washers really needed or useful, or should I just get an M3 bumper without the holes and forget about the headlight washers?
-I could get an M-tech bumper with headlight washers, but I prefer the M3 look, plus it's cheaper.
-I also need a rear bumper, but I was thinking of going with a stock one. It's cheaper and I don't see that much difference...any thoughts on that?
