MHD Stage 2+ failed OBDII

Hey guys,

So I failed a smog check while running MHD v6 Stage 2+ ACN tune, showing catalyst and O2 sensors incomplete:

Thought the stage 2 tune would only have 1 system incomplete, not both. Is this b/c it's the beta v6 version, I just didn't drive the car hard enough to warm the cats up...or the tune itself?
