N54 335i Experts ?!

Dear Gentlemen,

I want to ask the Experts about a couple of things abt my 335i coupe 2007 AT,

* What you need to transfer the AT transmission to Manual (and do you recommend ? ).

* Turbos brands or sizes that fit my n54 to replace the stoke turbos.

* Big Tom intercooler to fit on n54 335i (What i need).

* Electric water pump from where i can find the best price ?
