Need Help!! Please Help!! Fraud by a Member of This Forum!!

Let's get to the point.

I bought a 2008 BMW 335i few weeks ago from a member of this forum who is called lukasbmw

On his ads, he stated that the car has the Fidelity Warranty Services Warranty till March 2017.

On April 15, he sold me the car. During the whole transaction, he promised that he would transfer the warranty to my name, so he gave me the original warranty contract and sign a paper stating he would transfer me the warranty.

On April 27, I mailed the first page of the warranty contract to the service company trying to transfer the warranty to my name. After a week, I got a mail back from Fidelity Warranty Services, they told me that the previous owner which is lukasbmw already cancelled the warranty contract on April 25. So now I am not able to get the warranty!

What should I do now guys? I have everything to prove that he promised me that he would transfer the warranty to my name..his signed paper, the original warranty contract and more...

I guess the reason why he did this is because he is mad about the sale..he sold me the car at a price that was much lower than his asking price..
