Weird MOT Advisory

OK, so I've got a 2010 330D with 78k on the clock and no issues with the 2 MOTs since I've had it.

Just passed this years MOT with one advisory:

"No emissions detected"

Do you think they forgot to start the engine or should I apply to DVLA for exemption from road tax?
