WTT: OEM 19" 220M for 18" 219M

I have a Set of 19" OEM 220M wheels which i am looking to trade for the 18" 219M wheels. just bought a set of wheels for the summer and now looking to change my 19's for some 18's to have after the summer. i will post pictures up later, in the meantime if someone wants pictures PM me with your email and i will forward pictures.



Wheels are currently wrapped on michelin pilot and have about 50% of life left. Wheels are in good condition, no bends or cracks, minor curb rash.

Manual Tranny>>2nd Gear noise

Hello All,



Ive been noticing this quite a bit but When shifting into 2nd gear.. It feels very clicky or hard to get in gear.. Its not really a grind but it feels like theres no oil so its a rough feeling when shifting into 2nd.. every other gear is normal..



Anyone else have this problem?

I just bought a new F30 316i Baseline and i need to ask few questions



i know a bit about the car (From internet and bimmerpost) tho



My question is



i noticed the iDrive is different in each model, could i upgrade mine to be like the 328i for example? (i mean Nav, Office, internet etc...)



Also, how could i upgrade my engine? make it with better performance?

(please state all ways possible and how)

"Ignition Malfunction"

I left work at the Navy Pensacola ER Wednesday night and was driving through the parking lot in a few inches of water. The rain was so bad that is was coming down sideways with very limited visibility. The news said we got 5" around that time frame with a total of 24" for the whole day. Anyway as I was driving the car stalled and would not start. The display read "ignition malfunction" contact dealer. I did and they said it does not sound good and thinks water may have been sucked in the air intake. As the car was being loaded on the flatbed water was coming out the exhaust. I will find out more I guess once the insurance adjuster looks at it and gets it to the dealership. I should be very upset but on the news I have seen people who have lost much more including their houses and loved ones. The car is just "stuff" and "stuff" can be replaced.

where is my BMW Apps?

I have the tech package, which I thought came with BMW Apps, however I don't see it under connected drive. I have the app on my phone, however I have yet to be able to make it connect with the car, have tried an original apple cable, and a generic apple cable. I have an iphone 4... HELP! Thanks.

2012 bmw 335is quad exhaust conversion

Hi,

I am new to the forum. I have a 335is and is wanting to go with a quad exhaust tips on the current oem setup.

My question is that would a quad diffuser that fits the m-tech bumper fit on my oem bumper?

Second question is that what are the tips available? Hoping to have somewhere around 90mm od for each of the tips.

How to remove stock tips on 35i for Akrapovic tips

Just got my Akrapovic exhaust tips from fellow forum member(BadblkX6). Very nice and honest member. Highly recommend if he decides to sell any more of his things. But as i was going to install my tips, it was required i take my stock ones off. The 3 examples that the manual showed me were not like mine. My stock dips were not held in by the screw it said it had. Where the screw was said to be, mine was empty. This leads me to the question, are my stock tips welded? though theres no weld marks anywhere, and if anyone has any idea on how to remove the stock tips (not cutting) please let me know. Akrapovic says they do not require any cutting of my stock tips, and im pretty sure they are right, unless mine is special some how.
