DSC/ABS failure while driving

I have the e92 m3, and while i`m driving my car hard, or I get on uneven stretch of road (a hubble for example i get this malfunction lights, then they immediately goes away. If I drive slowly, or not pushing hard its okay..

PS:
I read many threads, so
My DSC unit is new
There is no error about any sensors...

But there is speed error and steering error
