FBO+ missing boost target

Hey all,

I'm sure you guys have seen a bazillion of these threads, but wanted to get input based on my case. So I'm FBO+ with E50 and I'm noticing my car isn't hitting target. This is primarily the case as the RPMs get higher, there is more of a discrepancy. I'm still using OEM turbos @ 88k miles. I have zero Wastegate rattle, but I do have actuator rod rattle. All vac lines have recently been replaced, so I'm highly doubting that to be the culprit. I am also on original boost solenoids. Could this be the cause for the target/boost not being relatively closer? Posted a link to my log below:
