part throttle hiccup or misfire

Just started this past week...happens every 5 miles or so. When going part throttle, the car will lose power for a second...almost like traction control is kicking in. Car is fine on WOT with no misfires. No CEL or codes are being thrown.

JB4 w/ pump BEF
Happens map 1 or 2
happened with straight 93 octane and 25% E85
DCI
DPs
8k miles on Bosch plugs
8k miles since walnut blast
~300 miles of Delphi coils (previously, had a misfire on cylinder 4 but hasn't thrown a code since replacing the coils)
66k miles - 6 speed

Any ideas? I attached some logs of just cruising on my commute where some ignition timing jumps around but I honestly don't know what I am looking at it when it comes to part-throttle/cruising logs.
