My wipers work fine, there is fluid in the tank and I checked the fuse and it's good. Nonetheless when I pull the level for washer fluid I get nothing, no sound or anything but dry wipers scraping across my dirty window.
Any suggestions on what to check before popping the hood and taking stuff apart to get to the pump. Is there another fuse under the hood maybe?
