2007 335i iDrive / i[hone 5s / ipod

I'm looking at a 57 plate 335i at present and mulling things.



It's got Professional Navigation System and I'm interested to know will it integrate with iPhone / iPod etc? I've currently got an iPhone 5 dock in my 1 series



Also can these be updated to later iDrive systems? I image though at a lot of cost.
