Coding inpa Start up error

Hey everyone,

I'm a noob here and need some help.

This is on an 08 335i E90

I got my cable loaded the software, launched INPA and the Battery/ing lights are both black but when I try to read codes I get:



ApiCheckJobStatus: Error #95

SYS-0005: OBJECT FILE NOT FOUND

API job error or no such result !



I gather this is a SGBD issue? I have made a valiant effort to search for a resolution with no luck. hence the post at midnight :mad0259:

I have checked the ediabas INI and all seem to be pointing correctly.

Com port set to 1 in OBD INI and usb port.

I tried to update the Daten files with the BMW coding tool but it says Sp-daten file not valid?



I'm running WIN 7 Pro 64.
