Launch cars will require signing of disclosures?

I have heard this today. If you are getting one of those cars that are being built in April-May (which were essentially dealership demo/launch cars, but were modified for your configuration), you will apparently be asked to sign a disclosure form agreeing that you are okay with any potential issues on an early production car so on so forth. The CA I spoke to was 110% sure about this, he in fact said that they are not selling these cars, even for mark up, just for this reason.



Just thought I'd share this with everyone as it sounds like a significant piece of information. That being said, I apologize if it were already known, in that case please ignore the thread.
