New to this need some help with wheels

I have an 09 335i 17sedan with sport, cold weather and premium packages and want to look at getting new rims. I have the stock 17s on there now and want at least 18s. I want to go with a wider set up but don't want to do any fender work. So what is the widest I can go front and back with the stock setup?
