Opti Coat or cquartz finest on a leased vehicle?

Sorry if this should be in a different section but I was hoping for as many opinions as possible. I am currently leasing my Black Sapphire Metallic 2013 335 M sport. I leased so I can get a new car figuring I'd get bored but I'm really on the fence about keeping it at the end of the lease. That being said, I take care of this car especially the exterior as if I will own for the long term. After recently inquiring about a full detail, the guy is a opti coat and cquartz finest authorized installer. So now a few questions:



Am I crazy to apply either coating to a leased vehicle?



Would this come back to haunt me if I do turn in the car at the end of the lease?



For my paint, is either coating better and why?



I've done some research on various sites regarding the two coatings and I can't make a decision. There are so similar I am leaning towards the cquartz finest only because it's the newest technology and has a higher gloss which I would hope makes the metallic really pop.



I'd appreciate any feedback and/or thoughts.
