Radio wiring interference

Having installed my dash cam, and hidden the wires in the passenger side front pillar, I am now experiencing a loss in some radio stations and the traffic data is now not showing on the idrive.



Can anyone confirm that having installed the wiring in this place, that its interfering with the radio/gps wires that are running up the pillars, towards the back of the car?



Would it help if I ran the wires down the drivers side pillar instead?
