Tial bov 10psi spr and boost issue.

So I got everything cleaned off and reconnected my chargepipe and inlet temp sensor. Tightened everything down pretty damn tight. Still lagging to make boost then dropping off target at about 4800. This is how my Tial looks with a fully warmed up engine at idle with the 10psi spring.
