Fs: E92 M3 2008 Sg/blk (incredible Deal!)

Welcome, I am selling a space gray 2008 BMW m3 with about 90k miles. However, this is an excellent car and I will give you the plus and minus. It is priced to move fast because I decided to move to a porsche and I have limited time to sell. Otherwise i'd probably ask a bit more.

Pros:

-Car is incredibly clean for a 90k mile example; detailed engine bay and kept immaculate, no one ever rides in this thing.

-Mechanically sound; has two brand new throttle actuator valve (maybe 10k miles on them at most). This repair/parts/time would cost around $3,500 from a dealership (that is what I paid BMW of Austin for their parts and services) and is a common failure on M3s past 80k miles or so. The engine should be bullet proof at this point for a long while. Other examples you could buy for 8-10k more at 60-70k miles will have a decent chance of replacing these parts soon anyways.

-Interior is really cool; black leather and carbon fiber accents just make the car feel mean

-Exterior trim (usually chrome, ugly) is all replaced with OEM matte black and black chrome peices, including hood vents. Creates a mean but classy stock look.

-HR pro springs installed, gives a more aggressive stance but 0 rubbing.

-Comes as pictured with 18" Apex Arc8 track style wheels. They fit the BMW logos well, and look stock. I get tons of compliments on them and they weigh much less than the stock performance package 19" wheels, which will also be included if you wish (will need to get them from Houston and might take me a second to ship).

-Tires have 10k street (0 track) driven miles, 18" Potenzas

-Has DCT transmission

-Disabled the side seatbelt assist arms because I thought they were tacky (currently throwing a seatbelt code as shown in picture, just anoying will be easy to remove)

-No/little noise; car sounds almost like a new example which I hear is rare out of high mileage M3s.

-MDM package (better traction control in M mode basically if that is your thing) and Carbon Fiber roof.

-All services performed and up to date

-Navigation works well

-AC is super cold

-Heated Seats work well

-Comes with un-installed BMW Alcantara Performance wheel with programmable buttons and the cool RPM meter on side, really neat just never installed it!

CONS

-Cup Holder on driver side is sort of stuck; can be pulled open and used but spring probably broken, needs a bit of tlc or dealer can fix probably easy.

- Has 2 small scratches on driver side door from a car door, also has some scratches near driver side vent on front fender, probably will buff out easy, but must mention. You can kind of see in pics attached (many of them).

-Back bumper has slight hairline crack from parking lot bump (cannot see until up close)

-Road Rash on front left rim, could re-paint easily.

-Small scratch on Carbon Fiber trim on passenger airbag side

-Error code as listed above for the seatbelt assisters disabled, easily corrected if you wish by a dealer

-back right tail light has slight bump hard to tell unless very close

-Car has been in an accident front end damaged, Apron was welded. From having BMW Austin look at it for its most recent vehicle inspection, and professionals in Houston I had evaluate it for a trade in at Texas Direct Auto, the car does not exhibit any issues from that; it was a clean professional repair by Eurotech in Killeen Texas. The ride is superb but I mention this to be as honest as possible!
