Need advice on replacing HPFP

Hey. I have an '08 135i N54 and have been experiencing occasional spluttery performance.



I had the injectors done last year and now the mechanic says it's the HPFP.



Are they still being replaced for free by BMW? And if not, as I think I got stitched up by the injector replacement, what's the cost on this?
