Radio Navi Unit Turns on only after reset?

I just replaced my battery and got it registered and programmed. The problem I am having is the navigation screen fails to automatically turn on by itself. It will only do so if I pull the fuse and re-insert it then it launches. I initially thought it was doing that only because the battery was dead and couldn't hold a charge but now it is still doing this.



I shouldn't be any loose wiring if a simple fuse pull will fire it up I don't think. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
