standard springs VS sports springs

Anyone know how much the sports springs drop compare to standard springs on 128I or 125I in australia?



Also Would "Genuine 135i E82 Bmw Sport Suspension. Swaybar Springs & Shocks" change much on standard 128I? I am after a firmer and lowered looking.
