335 upgrades vs M3

The M3 is no doubt a great car. It's V8 roar is pretty awesome. still torn though with doing an exhaust upgrade on my 335, struts and wheels vs buying a M3. it'll cost me another 20K to go the M3 route i want, vs 10k for the above upgrades.



i've already got the JB4, intercooler & air filter upgrades.



would love to hear from those that might have gone the upgrade route similar to above and what their experience is vs M3.
