How much should I expect to pay for downpipes, chargepipe, intake, intercooler and a tune?

is there any places that I can get all of this done with the tune that you can recommend. Would prefer a place with rolling road.

Also what other things do you recommend I get checked or upgrade before tuning?

Would love to see 400+ tq and 400+ bhp
