45 profile with 18s?

Getting sick of the bent rims, no theyre not 3k forged rims. Also, i wouldnt mind a little more meat on the tires.

Anyone run 45 profile tires on 18s. I know the speedo will read slower with a few percentage loss in power but is there any othwr negative?
