The guy I spoke with told me "they'll be shipped tomorrow (Friday 4/22) at the latest." Great!
But I didn't receive a tracking number on Friday, or any other confirmation it had been sent. Nevertheless I decided to be patient and wait until Saturday. Saturday turned into Monday so I decided to give them a call. No one answered this time so I left a message asking for an update, and requesting tracking. I also sent an email. No response.
Tuesday 4/26 I got an email requesting confirmation for my mailing address. That bothered me considering I'd contacted them the day before and left my number...why not just call me? Fine, I call them. I also sent an email including my mailing address again and asking for a call back. Tuesday night I get an email assuring me the package will go out Wednesday. Wtf...but Alright.
Today is Thursday 4/28, and this morning I received another email asking to confirm my address. I email and call, no answer. I leave a message. I get to work at 10am and call again, this guy tells me my item will be shipped today. WITF!
So I'm like bruh, you told me LAST Thursday that it would go out LAST Friday at the latest. That was a week ago. The hell is the issue? Why are you giving me the run around for some $60 lights, come on. So then he says he's gonna send them priority to cover my inconvenience, but they'll def go out today.
Then I get an email from them with my address. Why? Who tf knows. Then I get a second email, in is this tracking number: 9405511699000455274806
Go ahead and try to track it, I dare you. It's not gonna show anything. Or at least it hasn't for me with DHL, US, USPS, or FEDEX as of 12:57pm PST.
Maybe I'm overreacting. But I don't think so, it's just a forum post right? But OHHH SHIT, I forgot to mention that the mf charged me twice. Yes twice and although I've made that clear they still haven't refunded the second charge and I still haven't gotten one pair of lights. This is BS.
