Got my car serviced at Active the other day. Told them to throw a 98 back end flash at it (got a JB4) and what do you know, it makes a lot more torque and earlier in the rev range. You notice it most before the JB4 kicks in and on part throttle. TC light was on a lot and twice I found myself going faster than I wanted on a very familiar drive. I also complained of a mild 'thump' when the car started which sounded like it came from the gearbox. Happens when the revs flair on start up. Had an old Alpina flash. Got a new version of the flash and that seems to be fixed now.
These are good things.
