How does one read what index a injector is?

Hi guys looks like I have 1-3 leaking injectors on bank 2.. I'm about to buy six injectors off a guy who totalled his car. I was sent a number

Can anyone tell me what to look for in regards to deciphering the proper index so I know what to replace with what?
