BMW Apps BMW 435i

Attention all allegedly aggressive, arrogant and, truly legendary Beemer drivers;



Can anyone please advise if the BMW Apps option can be purchased as aftermarket? My dealer cannot confirm if this is possible, and this is after querying with them for a week! If I recall this was a fairly cheap option.



I may be mistaken, but is this not merely a software upgrade?



Would really appreciate anyone who knows this for certain.
