I've been meaning to post this for a while and was reminded about it during a 1000 mile round trip over the weekend...
I've found that when accelerating hard there can be some tugging on the steering wheel, which to me feels like the torque steer I would associate with a powerful front drive car. It only happens for a second or two, but it did come as a bit of a surprise, particularly when my wife commented the steering had gone 'wobbly' when accelerating hard on a motorway slip road.
In trying to explain it, it seems to occur only when the surface is uneven or when the suspension gets momentarily caught out by a bump in the road. I'm guessing that might be causing a transfer of power to the front wheels, which then momentarily struggle to cope with all the power, before it then being re-apportioned to the rears, whereby things then sort themselves out again.
Something I've probably only felt half a dozen times in total. Has anyone else experienced this?
