Wastegate Rattle reduced after highway pulls?

Yes I've searched but after reading through 30ish threads on rattle and fixes and such I haven't found much about my situation and having it go away after doing pulls.

So I've had WG rattle for a while. Had turbos replaced by dealer 15K miles ago (not tuned) and it's still here. I'm FBO. Rattle happens on accel and sometimes on startup.

I've tried having a friend tune it out but with minimal luck. This makes me think that adjusting the arm won't work since I've already played with the WG position in tuning.

But what I've noticed while datalogging is that after doing pulls or extended highway driving, my rattle is almost completely gone! I can barely hear it.

I'm wondering if this is a tell that it may be something else but I can't figure out what. Vac lines look good, haven't checked boost solenoids at all though. Car has 50k miles.

From my understanding the rattle is caused by worn out arms, bad solenoids, vac leak, possibly bad vac pump, improperly adjusted actuator arm, etc.

Any ideas if my rattle is caused by another issue? The fact that it goes away after doing pulls is throwing me...

If I can't come up with anything, I'm going to try adjusting the actuator arm and seeing how that does. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something else before I started playing with that.
