M-Sport bumper replacement questions

Was wondering if anyone else has done the M type front bumper replacement using this or any of the many similar PP bumpers out there?

My bumper got a touch chewed up recently by some idiot parking by braile, so I figure this is a good time to consider this.

My primary concerns are:

1. Does the OE Belly pan bits, including the fender liners, attach as they should without modification or any hackery?

2. Can the brake ducts be made to fit properly so that I am not losing any cooling for the brake rotors?
