Turn off dipped beam on daylight running lights pre LCI E90 + Carly

I have a 2006 E90 with OEM angel eyes, when I have daylight running lights active the dipped beam is also on. On newer BMWs only the angel eyes are on during daylight. There are many options under the FRM coding panel within the Carly IOS app but which ones do I need to enable/disable to turn off dipped beam? I obviously don't wish to kill my auto lights.

I also noticed that you can enable rear fog lights during heavy/emergency breaking, has anyone used this? Good or bad idea?
