e90 320D brake discs, pads and rear caliper replacement

Guys for my e90 320D I need replace all these parts below:

Front brake discs and pads
Rear discs and pads
Wear sensors
Rear brake caliper
Rear brake hose

One of my friends suggested I could buy all these parts on http://ift.tt/Yo5bYu and get them fitted by a local garage. How do I know which parts exactly to order and is this a safe option?
