Feeling a bit stiff in the mornng

For once not me but the car.

Do 335i owners ever feel that the car is a bit stiff from a cold start up.

My car really felt quite lethargic this morning. No error codes or warnings or anything but the throttle response felt a bit laggy, like the car just didn't want to go unless it was pushed. I have a 2009 335i Msport Highline DCT. The first thing that is coming to mind is the high pressure fuel line issue some have reported. Can this be intermittent? Could it affect my model?
