I needed new rotors and rear brakes I said why not upgrade my whole setup. I have a 330xi e90. so did my research and come to the conclusion that i wanted r1 concpets slotted rotors and stoptech street performance pads and ss lines. I hit up Kevin@r1concepts and ordered everything for a great price. There werent any ss line for my car according to stoptech. I didnt really need them so I didnt mind. I've had them on for a about two weeks or so I had a brake flush with Motul rbf600 which I bought from autoplicity.com they had the best price after shipping. and shipped really quick. The rotors and pads shipped within afew days.
Ok now for the review of the actual brakes. So far the braking power is close to oem has a great bite not as bitty as oem pads. I actually like how they feel. the Oem had a little too much bite an would be annoying sometimes. Its still breaking in and getting better as time passes. for now I can't say how the brake dust is as I havent washed my car since I installed them since I hit my rear bumper and need to get that repainted so waiting for that :mad0259:. ill update that hopefully in a few weeks.
rotors have smoothed out and dont really make any noise i noticed. the rotors rusted only on part that the pad doesnt touch which is barely noticeable and will probably go away as the pad breaks in and get full contact. with the rotor. if you have any questions feel free to ask.
