Toll Bill

So I just noticed that the toll bill I got a few weeks ago expired on the 8th of April (38min ago) for about $5. I don't have any recollection nor any intent to go through a toll booth without paying so I have no idea how this has gotten to me, even though they have a picture of my car. Has anyone here received the toll bill even though you didn't do anything? Also what happens if you are overdue it says a $50 fine or court so I'm a little bit anxious.
