So when I bought my car (base 328i) I regretted not getting DHP or at least Msport, but quickly fixed that with adding MPS.
At my price point I don't care about the sport seat, nav package, keyless entry or leather but I do wish:
- I'd got at least the sportline steering wheel (I believe can be fixed but not sure I'll ever be spending $$ on this. Also hesitate to retrofit a different wheel myself because if any problem comes up even unrelated to this, the dealer will try to blame it on the retrofit).
- I'd got bigger wheels than the 17s (I'll be fixing this by upgrading the whole set when my tires become due for replacement)
- I'd got halogens. (Not sure if this can be fixed?)
But more than anything it's the steering wheel that I regret most.
Having said all that, I absolutely love my car. With MPS, I can honestly say it feels better to drive than a stock Msport.
So what options do YOU regret not getting, wish you had?
