Will my coding be wiped out?

Hey team… just dropped off my F10 for service and the SA mentioned that a few items were programming issues (a recall on emissions system, resetting service due on rear breaks, error stating my gas cap is open).



I had my car coded for several things like removing the Idrive warning, auto-fold mirrors, etc.



Will this reprogramming at the dealer reset all the items that have been coded?
