Aftermarket injectors for 09 N54

I've been having some serious injector issues once again. Misfire on Cylinder 1, 2 and 3. Indy says it is all 3 injectors.



So...



Can I go with aftermarket injectors?

Are there really that many differences? What would I be risking by not going OEM?
