So I saw on BMW's website a new ownership service BMW Genius. LOL. Apparently now dealerships have one person who actually knows the product! And there is an App too! And a phone number to call. I'm going to have fun with this one...



First up: Why does BMW program the oil life monitor to go obsolete at 186,000 miles?
