Hey all placed my order for a M3 late August and picking up ED on October 20th. I live in Texas and am ordering through a dealer in California. ($1500 over ED invoice). I noticed on my finance sheet the $320 smog fee and $300 license fee which we do not have in Texas. Should I be charged this? I questioned the dealer as I have not signed final paperwork yet, he stated they were unable to change it as it comes out that way in their system. I am picking up the car here PCD. The car never goes to California and will never be registered there. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
