Assist: About to do my first battery coding with Carly app

I'm going to be doing my first coding with the Carly app and the first order of business is to resolve the issue with the battery registration the previous owner never did.

First I want to figure out what the current battery is SUPPOSED to be (i.e. what was the last registration for?). As the previous owner never registered this battery, it could be totally different from what's in here now.

Then I need to figure out what the current battery should be registered as (see pic below).

Any advice much appreciated. Especially if someone knows for sure if this is or isn't a battery that should be in this car ('07 e91 328XiT).

I've got the battery disconnected and on the charger for the moment till my OBD plug arrives a bit later today.
