e91 Tyre Pressures - 19 CSL's

I apologise if this gets asked a lot - I searched here and a load of other places, but could only find information that related to coupes. Also, every second thread says something different.

I have an auto (so heavy) e91 335i, on e46 CSL's.

235/35x19 front and 265/30x19 rear.

What are appropriate pressures to be running for daily distance use and for spirited driving?
